The concepts of and boundary are intrinsically linked. In this work, the rectangular
frame commonly used in painting is taken as a visual and conceptual marker of limitation.
Artists such as Frank Stella have attempted to transgress these boundaries. As a sculptor who has utilized thorn and bone forms in previous works, this piece presents a wall sculpture in which boundaries are either defined by thorns or contested by them. Here, the classical rectangular frame is surrounded by thorns, creating a layered discourse on demarcation and transgression.

Bu çalışmada resim sanatında yaygın olarak kullanılan dikdörtgen çerçeve olgusu, resmin sınırlarını belirler. Frank Stella gibi sanatçılar bu sınırları aşmayı denemişlerdir. Dikenleri ve kemik formlarını eserlerinde kullanmış bir heykeltıraş olarak, bu çalışmada dikenler ile sınırları belirlenen ya da sınırları aşılmaya çalışılan duvar heykeli gerçekleştirilmiştir. Buçalışmada klasik dikdörtgen çerçeve formu dikenler ile çevrelenmiştir.
