Güliz Kayahan -  Anı Mezarlığı

Anı Mezarlığı, kapalı bir oda içinde kurulan, izleyiciyle etkileşime açık
bir enstalasyondur. Üç duvardan oluşan mekânda, ışığın doğrudan yansıdığı ana duvarda “unutmak” üzerine bir diyalog yer alır. Karanlıkta kalan iki duvarda ise maket evler ve fotoğraflardan oluşan kolajlar bulunur; bu yüzeylere,
geçmişten taşınan ve iz bırakan cümleler post-it’lerle eklenir. Enstalasyon, izleyiciyi unutmak istediklerini yazmaya davet ederek unutulanlar, unutulamayanlar ve unutulmak istenenler için ortak bir alan kurar.

Memory Cemetery
Memory Cemetery is an interactive installation constructed within a closed room. Composed of three walls, the space features a central wall (directly illuminated by light) where a dialogue on “forgetting” unfolds. On the two walls that remain in darkness, collages made of model houses and photographs are displayed; these surfaces are layered with post-it notes bearing sentences carried from the past phrases that have left their marks.
By inviting viewers to write down what they wish to forget, the installation creates a shared space for what has been forgotten, what cannot be forgotten, and what is desired to be forgotten.
